Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy: Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. -A deposit of $25 is required for every appointment. -Missed or no-show appointments will forfeit full amount paid towards appointment. -There is a 15-minute grace period. All late arrivals will have time deducted from their service. -Packaged sessions will require a deposit and remainder must be paid by the first session. Package needs to be completed within 2 months from date of first session. -Due to the nature of services that we provide, refunds will not be issued.
